Advance payment is required prior to order processing. Pick-up time is from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Astoria Plaza, 15 J. Escriva Drive, Ortigas Business District, Pasig City 1600.

a. All orders that are placed through the Banquet Sales Team and confirmed by Astoria Plaza will be fulfilled by the Food & Beverage Department.
b. All orders placed and confirmed are considered final.
b.1. Operating hours for Banquet in a Box are from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Confirmed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) must be routed and received by all concerned departments not later than 5:00pm and at least seventy-two (72) hours before the delivery date for all necessary market list and purchase requirements to be processed.
b.2. If the delivery date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, the signed and approved Banquet Event Order must be received not later than 2:00pm the previous Thursday for all necessary market list and purchase requirements to be processed.
b.3. If the delivery date falls on a Tuesday, the signed and approved Banquet Event Order must be received not later than 4:00pm the previous Friday for all necessary market lists and purchase requirements to be processed.
b.4. In unforeseen events (such as when the client fails to meet the seventy-two (72)-hour lead time before the delivery date), the Banquet Sales Manager may offer a “Chef’s Discretion” menu, provided that the delivery date is within forty-eight (48) hours lead time. The “Chef’s Discretion” menu is only applicable for the Standard Menu category.
b.5. Minimum order per menu selection should be fifteen (15) sets or worth at least seven thousand five hundred pesos (PHP 7,500) excluding the delivery fee requirements.
c. Photos on social media and e-commerce website may have minor inconsistencies with the final products in terms of packaging and presentation. All inconsistencies will be properly communicated to the client through labeled descriptions on the site or upon confirmation of order.
a. Banquet in a Box agrees to prepare the products for hotel lobby pick-up or to deliver the products to the client.
b. Delivery orders to and within Metro Manila will be scheduled with our driver without a minimum spend. Succeeding kilometers will be charged accordingly based on the existing delivery matrix fee of Astoria Plaza.
b.1. The rate is good for one (1) drop-off location only.

b.2. In the event of multiple drop-off points, the rate will revert back to zero. The drop off point will be the starting point. Succeeding kilometers will be charged accordingly based on the existing delivery matrix fee of Astoria Plaza. The client shall be notified of the delivery fee upon check-out and before payment.
c. Banquet in a Box will schedule deliveries based on the agreed client’s requirements.
d. Hotel lobby pick-up from a third-party courier (booked by the client) is available with minimum orders of fifteen (15) sets. Astoria Plaza will not be held liable for any damages, spoilages, and unforeseen events if the client chose to book a third-party courier.
e. Banquet in a Box will, at its own expense, pack, load, and deliver the products to the client at the agreed-upon delivery or pick-up address.
f. As a rule, whatever time is stipulated in the Banquet Event Order will be the dispatch time from Astoria Plaza going to the drop-off location. In the event of multiple drop-off points, no committed time will be disclosed and will just be based on the actual and prevailing traffic conditions.
g. Deliveries for condominiums and buildings will be made at the condominium/building lobby.
h. Banquet in a Box will not be held liable for unsuccessful deliveries, such as refusal to accept, no one to receive, or no access to the agreed-upon delivery address, especially for areas that are on total lockdown.
i. Upon the arrival of our driver, a maximum grace period of ten (10) minutes will be implemented. In case the client cannot be reached despite multiple attempts of contact, Banquet in a Box reserves the right to bring back the products to Astoria Plaza, and the client will be responsible for product pick-up at his/her own expense. The client has the option to book the Astoria delivery driver again, provided that the client will be charged accordingly. However, this is subject to availability. The client reserves the right to book his/her own courier at his/her own expense, as well. Items that are not picked up overnight will be discarded and no refund shall be made.
j. Banquet in a Box reserves the right to cancel orders without refund or remedy in case of unsuccessful deliveries.
k. Banquet in a Box will not be held liable for food not picked up on the date and time stated and agreed upon.
l. Banquet in a Box reserves the right to cancel any food order due to reasons of force majeure, such as, but not limited to, typhoons, earthquakes, fires and any other act of God situations. Any cancelled order due to these reasons shall be duly refunded in full.
a. Baquet in a Box must immediately notify the Sales Manager in charge if the prior will be unable to meet a pick-up or delivery date and time.
b. Once order has been confirmed and payment has been made, the client may not cancel or modify his/her order, or any portion thereof.
c. Orders will be confirmed via an approved and signed Banquet Event Order.
a. Banquet in a Box accepts bank transfer, credit card, and debit card through online checkout.
a.1. Bank transfers must be made to the bank account stated below. Once transfer has been successfully made, the client must send proof of payment to the Sales Manager in charge through events@astoriaplaza.com. The Finance and Accounting Teams must verify the payment prior to acceptance of order.

b. All orders must be paid in full prior to any delivery.
a. In keeping with these new normal times, our team stepped up to ensure food safety. All staff are subjected to regular tests by medical professionals and are required to wear face masks, acetate face shields, gloves, and foot covers. We also sanitize our kitchen regularly using state-of-the-art equipment.
b. Before placing your order, please indicate in the notes section any food allergies you or anyone in your party have. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please be advised that all our products are prepared in an environment where peanuts, dairy, shellfish, or other known allergens are being handled.
c. All Banquet in a Box products are made to order and a determined time period is required to process your orders.
d. Production or preparation dates are labelled in all of Banquet in a Box products. These must be consumed immediately.
e. Banquet in a Box products, labelled with production dates, that have been taken out from our facility, have a maximum of a three-hour window, during which they are best consumed. Exceeding past the allowable time period will depreciate the quality of the products. Banquet in a Box cannot be held liable for any untoward consequences derived from consuming the products after the three-hour window has elapsed.

Restaurant reserves the right to investigate in order to determine action/s that may or may not be necessary to remedy the situation.
