Terms and Conditions
a. All orders that are placed online and confirmed by Astoria Plaza will be fulfilled by Café Astoria and Minami Saki.
b. All orders that are placed and confirmed are considered final.
b.1. Operating hours of Café Astoria are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Orders placed online after 4:00 pm will be processed the following day.
b.2. The operating hours of Minami Saki are from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm from Friday to Sunday. From Monday to Thursday, Minami Saki caters to take-out orders only with a minimum spend of PHP 2,000.
c. Café Astoria and Minami Saki shall not be held liable for unfulfilled requests.
d. Photos on the e-commerce website may have minor inconsistencies with the final products in terms of packaging and presentation. All inconsistencies will be properly communicated to the client through labeled descriptions on the site or upon confirmation of order.
2. Delivery and Pick-up of Goods
a. Café Astoria and Minami Saki agree to prepare the products for third party pick-ups or to deliver the products to the client.
b. The delivery will be scheduled with our rider accordingly. For a minimum spend of two thousand five hundred pesos (PHP 2,500), the client can avail of the free delivery to any point in the National Capital Region. Should the drop-off location of the client be outside of NCR, the existing fare matrix for deliveries shall apply. Furthermore, free delivery is only applicable if you place your orders via our e-commerce website from March 29-31, 2021.
b.1. The free delivery is from Astoria Plaza to any point in Metro Manila only.
b.2. The free delivery is good for one (1) drop-off location only.
b.3. The free delivery is not applicable for multiple drop-off points and is valid for a single purchase only.
c. Café Astoria and Minami Saki have limited slots for deliveries per day.
d. Hotel lobby pick-up from a third-party courier (booked by the client) is available with no minimum spend at Cafe Astoria and Minami Saki.
e. Café Astoria and Minami Saki will, at their own expense, pack, load, and deliver the products to the clients at the agreed-upon delivery or pick-up address.
f. From March 29 until March 31, 2021, Café Astoria pick-up and deliveries will be done from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. For Minami Saki, pick-up and deliveries will be done from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Thursday; and from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm from Friday up to Sunday.
g. Deliveries for condominiums and buildings will be left at the lobby.
h. Café Astoria and Minami Saki shall not be held liable for unsuccessful deliveries due to different reasons, such as refusal to accept, no one to receive, or no access to the agreed-upon delivery address especially for areas that are on total lockdown.
i. Upon the arrival of Astoria’s driver, a maximum grace period of 15 minutes will be implemented. In case the client cannot be reached despite multiple contact attempts, Café Astoria and Minami Saki reserve the right to bring back the products to Astoria Plaza, and the client will be responsible for product pick-up at his/her own expense. The client has the option to book the Astoria delivery rider provided that he/she will be charged accordingly. Please do take note that this is subject to availability. The client also reserves the right to book his/her own courier at his/her own expense, as well.
j. Café Astoria and Minami Saki reserve the right to cancel orders without refund or remedy in case of unsuccessful deliveries.
k. Café Astoria and Minami Saki shall not be held liable for orders that are not picked-up on the date and time stated and agreed upon.
3. Cancellation and Modification of Orders
a. Café Astoria and Minami Saki must immediately notify the client if the prior will be unable to meet a pick-up or delivery date or time.
b. Once order has been confirmed and payment has been made, the client may not cancel nor modify his/her orders, or any portion thereof.
c. Orders will be confirmed via email by Café Astoria or Minami Saki.
a. Astoria Plaza accepts bank transfer, credit card, and debit card through online check-out.
a.1. Bank transfers must be made to the bank account stated below. Once transfer has been successfully made, the client must send proof of payment to email@example.com with the order ID number as the subject title. The participating restaurant must verify the payment prior to the acceptance of order.

a.2. Online checkout is powered by PayPal and GCash. Existing terms and conditions apply.
b. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
c. Bank transfer is available from Monday (12:01 am) to Thursday (11:59 pm) only. Bank transfer is only for pre-ordered goods. Bank transfer made outside the Philippines will need a minimum of three banking days to be validated.
d. Bank transfer is not applicable for same-day pick-up of the products.
5. Gourmet in the New Normal
a. In keeping with these new normal times, the Café Astoria and Minami Saki teams stepped up their processes to ensure food safety. All staff are subjected to regular tests by medical professionals and are required to wear face masks, acetate face shields, gloves, and foot covers. They also sanitize their kitchen regularly using state-of-the-art equipment.
b. Before placing your order, please indicate any food allergies you and anyone from your party may have in the notes section. The Café Astoria and Minami Saki teams will do their best to accommodate your needs. Please be advised that all products are prepared in an environment where peanuts, dairy, shellfish, or other known allergens are being handled.
c. All Astoria products are made to order, and a determined time period is required to process your orders.
d. All products are labelled properly with the production and best before dates.
d.1 Best before dates are indicated on all Astoria baked and pastry products.
d.2. Production dates are indicated on all Fiesta Favorites, Gourmet Family Feasts, and Minami Saki products.
e. Astoria products, labelled with production dates, that have been taken out from our facility have a maximum of three-hour window, during which they are best consumed. Exceeding past the allowable time period will depreciate the quality of the products.
6. Discrepancies or Issues with Order
Kindly call Astoria Plaza at 0908-872-7964 or (02) 5335-1158 should there be any discrepancies or issues with the order upon receipt. The restaurant reserves the right to investigate in order to determine the action/s that may or may not be necessary to remedy the situation.
The company has the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
