a. All orders placed online and confirmed by Astoria Plaza Hotel will be fulfilled by the restaurant.
b. All orders placed and confirmed are considered final. Operating hours of the restaurant are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Orders placed online after 5:00 p.m. will be processed the following day.
d. The restaurant is not liable for unfulfilled requests.
e. Photos on the ordering website may have minor inconsistencies with the final delivered goods in terms of packaging and presentation. All inconsistencies will be properly communicated to the client through labeled descriptions in the site or upon confirmation of order.
2. Pick up of Goods:
a. The restaurant agrees to prepare the goods for lobby pick up.
b. Lobby pick up or any third-party courier (booked by customer) are available with no minimum spend in Astoria Plaza Hotel.
c. The restaurant will, at its own expense, pack and load the goods to the client at the hotel lobby area to their choice of courier.
f. Pick up and deliveries will be done from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
g. The restaurant is not liable for unsuccessful pick up and/or delivery to the shipping address, such as refusal to accept, or no access to the agreed upon shipping address especially for areas that are on total lockdown.
h. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel the order without refund or remedy in case of unsuccessful pick up from the client’s courier.
k. The restaurant is not liable for food not picked up on the date and time stated and agreed upon.
3. Cancellation and Modification of Orders:
a. The restaurant must immediately notify the client if the restaurant will be unable to meet a pick up date and time.
b. Once order has been confirmed and payment made, the client may not cancel or modify their order, or any portion thereof.
c. Orders will be confirmed via email by the restaurant.
a. The restaurant accepts bank transfers, credit cards, and debit cards through online checkout.
a.1. Bank transfers must be made to the bank account stated below. Once transfer has been successfully made, the client must send proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Order ID number as the subject title. The restaurant must verify payment prior to acceptance of order.

a.2. Online checkout is powered by PayPal and GCash. Respective terms and conditions apply.
b. All orders must be paid in full prior to any delivery made.
c. Bank transfer is available from Monday, 12:01 a.m. to Thursday, 11:59 p.m. only. Bank transfer is only for pre-ordered goods. Bank transfer made outside the Philippines will need a minimum of three banking days for validation.
d. Bank transfer is not applicable for same-day pick-up of the products.
5. Gourmet in the New Normal:
a. In keeping up with the new normal, our team has stepped up to ensure food safety. All staff are subjected to regular rapid tests and we are required to wear face masks, acetate face shields, gloves, and foot covers. We also sanitize our kitchen regularly using state-of-the-art equipment.
b. Before placing your order, please indicate in the notes section for any food allergies you or someone in your party has. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please be advised that all our products are prepared in an environment where peanuts, dairy, shellfish, and other known allergens are being prepared.
c. All Astoria goods are made to order and a determined time period is required to process your orders.
d. Production and Best Before dates are labelled in our Astoria goods.
d.1 Best Before dates are labelled on all our Astoria baked and pastry goods.
d.2. Production dates are labelled on all our Fiesta Favorites and Gourmet Family Feasts products.
e. Astoria Goods, labelled with production dates, that has been taken out from our facility has a maximum of three hours before it is consumed. Exceeding in the allowable time period will depreciate the quality of the products.
6. Discrepancies or Issues with order:
Kindly call Astoria Plaza Hotel at (0908) 872.7964 or (02) 5335.1158 should there be any discrepancies or issues with the Order that is discovered upon receipt of such. Restaurant reserves the right to investigate in order to determine action/s that may or may not be necessary to remedy the situation.
The company has the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
